Initial claims for US unemployment benefits and purchasing managers in focus on Thursday<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The weekly initial claims for US unemployment benefits usually come into focus on Thursday (14:30).<\/p>\n

The S&P Global Composite Purchasing Managers' Index for the USA, which is seen as an important leading indicator of economic activity in the manufacturing and service sectors, is also likely to be of interest (15:45).<\/p>\n

Last but not least, incoming orders for durable goods will be the focus of market players on Friday (14:30).<\/p>\n

Reporting season continues with Coca-Cola, Alphabet and Tesla<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In the reporting season, the figures for the past quarter from Coca-Cola (ISIN: US1912161007) and General Motors (ISIN: US37045V1008) are expected on Tuesday.
