Additionally, targets in Iran were attacked by the U.S. and Saudi Arabia, it was further reported.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Fed could leave interest rate level unchanged \u2013 All eyes on Kevin Warsh<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Investors' focus this evening will therefore logically be on the Fed's interest rate decision (8:00 PM) and the subsequent FOMC press conference with US central bank chief Kevin Warsh. Investors typically scrutinize said speech for monetary policy hints.<\/p>\n<p>Whether the Fed will turn the screw on interest rates upwards remains questionable. According to the CME Group's \u201eFedWatch Tool,\u201c 68.5 percent of market participants expect an interest rate pause, and 31.5 percent expect an interest rate hike, totaling a quarter of a percentage point. The current interest rate range is 3.50 to 3.75 percent.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Focus on GDP growth rates for Germany, the Eurozone, and the USA \u2013 US price data could send monetary policy signals<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>On Thursday, initial estimates for the GDP growth rate for the Federal Republic of Germany (10:00 AM) and for the Eurozone (11:00 AM) are also on the agenda.<\/p>\n<p>Preliminary inflation data for Germany are expected to attract attention around 2:00 PM.<\/p>\n<p>At 2:30 PM, the core personal consumption expenditures rate in the US will be released, which is expected to provide inflation signals.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the GDP growth rate for the US region will also be published.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The reporting season continues to pick up speed in this country.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Even during the ongoing reporting season, investors should continue to keep an eye on potential catalysts. Today, Wednesday, the results from Deutsche Bank (ISIN: DE0005140008), BASF (ISIN: DE000BASF111), and Porsche (ISIN: DE000PAG9113) are in focus.
