Those who wish to avoid this \"danger\" will find a solution in the form of the so-called&nbsp;<strong>Dividend aristocrats<\/strong>&nbsp;Companies that have a history of continuously increasing dividends over many years, regardless of the success of the current fiscal year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is a dividend aristocrat?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As&nbsp;<strong>Dividend aristocrats<\/strong>&nbsp;is the term used to describe companies that have&nbsp;<strong>25 years<\/strong>&nbsp;(or more) their&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.captrader.com\/en\/glossary\/dividend\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dividend<\/a>&nbsp;continuously annually&nbsp;<strong>increases<\/strong>&nbsp;have. This is why the American corporate landscape traditionally has a somewhat different dividend culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the one hand, here are usually&nbsp;<strong>quarterly dividends<\/strong>&nbsp;paid out (in some cases even monthly), on the other hand, far more&nbsp;<strong>more dividend aristocrats<\/strong>&nbsp;than in other countries, as companies attach importance to radiating stability and reliability by increasing dividends even in crisis years.
