A concrete example is the gross domestic product.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What characterizes good economic indicators?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Economic indicators are often the basis for important decisions, which is why they must fulfill certain criteria. It shows the relative underutilization of the supply of labour. For this purpose, registered unemployed persons are related to the labor force.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>GDP (gross domestic product)<\/strong>GDP is also known as economic growth and shows how much a country has achieved economically over a certain period of time. It is price-adjusted and calculated on the basis of the previous year.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inflation rate<\/strong><em>:<\/em> Inflation is the increase in the price level. This figure is determined by the consumer price index for Germany, published monthly by the Federal Statistical Office. It is the percentage change in the consumer price index compared to the previous year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Industrial production<\/strong>This is a measure of the production of a specific sector of an economy. The industrial sector includes, for example, mining, manufacturing and utilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion: What is an economic indicator?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Economic or cyclical indicators are <strong>Measured figures<\/strong>, the <strong>Information on the health of a country's economy<\/strong> give.
