At its core, the book emphasizes the importance of a strong team around the entrepreneur in terms of the success of a business idea and offers exciting insights from various experts who have assisted Robert Kiyosaki over the past decades. They all report on their very own areas and so the puzzle comes together piece by piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The author is convinced that entrepreneurship is a team sport. This idea runs like a thread through the book and is an important aspect of Robert Kiyosaki's philosophy and his multifaceted entrepreneurial activities.<\/p>\n\n\n

Outsourcing business areas and tasks that do not correspond to his own core competence or passion, but also putting together a team of competent and experienced consultants is crucial for him to ensure success. Of course, it must be added at this point that success is not guaranteed even with the best team. Nevertheless, capable and experienced team members may be able to point out problem areas at an early stage and solve them before they become acute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The various entrepreneur profiles presented in the book offer a wide range of insights into different industries and perspectives, which can be helpful. This is because the individual team members of a Robert Kiyosaki are all active entrepreneurs themselves and also report on their business models, their biggest learnings and their first steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is emphasized again and again is the ability to learn from mistakes. Almost without exception, this ability is described by the co-authors as incredibly valuable on the road to success. They have all experienced setbacks in their stories, which they also report on in the book. They all realized at some point that these phases are part of the process and have learned not only to live with them, but to recognize them as an opportunity to grow themselves and their business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Robert Kiyosaki, this is one of the most important lessons for aspiring entrepreneurs, as he believes they too often tend to focus on avoiding failure. In fact, mistakes are often the best teachers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In terms of content, the book is undoubtedly very readable in places. Nevertheless, there are several points of criticism that I have to make: firstly, I take issue with the excessive adoration of Donald Trump in this book. He and his \u201esuccess\u201c are highlighted by the author in several places.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eI can't remember the names or faces of Fortune 500 CEOs. They just don't come to mind. However, if you ask me who my favorite CEO is, many people come to mind. For example, I can easily think of Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg, Donald Trump and Jeff Bezos.\u201c<\/em> <\/p>\nRobert Kiyosaki<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

He is also portrayed as a kind of guarantor of success in the real estate industry, as well as Robert Kiyosaki's favorite CEO. However, I consider both to be at least flattering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eAt the age of ten, I realized that running a company, especially entrepreneurship, is a team sport. You don't have to be the smartest person to be a smart and rich entrepreneur. In fact, my rich father often said, \u00bbIf you're the smartest person on your team, your team is in trouble.\u00ab That's what this book is about. It's written as a guide to help you build your own team of smart and wealthy entrepreneurs. Change is a part of life in today's fast-paced world. What worked yesterday may not be enough today. And a product or service that is in high demand today may be obsolete tomorrow.\u201c<\/em> <\/p>\nRobert Kiyosaki<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Robert Kiyosaki is an American entrepreneur, investor, author and educator who is known worldwide for his financial advice and commitment to financial education. He was born on April 8, 1947 in Hilo, Hawaii. One reason most entrepreneurs fail, even those with genuine million dollar ideas, is because they don't have more than the top of the triangle. Usually one or more of the other elements are missing.\u201c<\/em> <\/p>\nRobert Kiyosaki<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n

In addition, I must once again \u201ecriticize\u201c the US bias of the author's content in this work. You might think that he did not write the book primarily for the German market and you would be absolutely right. However, as I am reviewing the German-language edition here, I must of course refer to the interests of a German-speaking reader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, the vast majority of the contents of this book can only be partially transferred to German conditions. This applies in particular to the chapters on taxes, especially corporate taxes, but also the passages on the real estate sector or setting up a business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many of the legal aspects, as well as the technical market conditions, are not applicable to Germany, Austria or Switzerland. However, the publisher does not classify them accordingly in the footnotes. This would have been a lot of work due to the large number of deviations from the local area, but in my opinion you can either expect this from the publisher or at least have to emphasize it critically. Because, as we all know, readers pay the full price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The same applies to the section on securities. It is well known that the US market has a number of special features that we lack. Unfortunately, I also have to say that, on balance, Andy Tanner's descriptions are more like the typical financial mumbo-jumbo that we are familiar with from many other books by supposed experts and gurus: little scientific foundation, a lot of exaggerated overconfidence and no real critical examination of his own approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A few successful cases are grouped together here to form patterns, even if, on closer inspection, no patterns can be recognized. But people are known to be great at forming patterns in their heads from all kinds of random series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So in my opinion it is a good book in the end, but unfortunately as a German reader you can't really put more than a third of it into practice.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
