CapTrader GmbH (Elberfelder Straße 2, 40213 Düsseldorf), hereinafter referred to as "CapTrader", offers new customers who successfully open and capitalize a securities account via CapTrader an aktien Magazin subscription for a term of 12 months. The subscription ends automatically at the end of the term and does not need to be canceled separately.
A new customer is anyone who was not already a customer of CapTrader in the last 6 months prior to opening a securities account and account during the promotion period and who makes an initial deposit or an initial securities account transfer to a brokerage account/securities account supported by CapTrader to the extent that qualifies for a bonus. The opening of a second brokerage account/deposit in the broadest sense (e.g. opening of a company account where the company is controlled by the existing customer) does not count as a new opening. The promotion period starts on 01.08.2024 and can be ended at any time. 

TRANSACTION AND DUE DATE
The new customer must make an initial deposit of at least €2,000 to the securities account opened via CapTrader during the promotion period. Alternatively, it is also possible to transfer a securities account for the equivalent of the amount stated here. Please note that securities account transfers take longer than an initial deposit and the bonus payout may be delayed accordingly. The value of the custody account shown in the custody account for the first time after the transfer is decisive for the valuation of the custody account transfer. After opening and depositing, the new customer will receive an e-mail with a registration link to register for the TraderFox bonus.

COMBINATION WITH OTHER ADVERTISING ACTIONS
The bonuses cannot be combined with other CapTrader special or partner promotions (this includes, for example, the provision of free additional tools requested by the customer).

GENERAL NOTES
With this campaign CapTrader wants to attract new clients who are interested in an active, long-term business relationship with CapTrader.

Employees of CapTrader and persons who have not yet reached the age of 18 are excluded from participation. Anyone who does not have the necessary knowledge and experience and cannot adequately assess the risks associated with trading will not be considered as a new customer after careful examination by CapTrader.

There is no legal entitlement to receive the credit. Rewards are not paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged. Rewards may also not be transferred to third parties.

This new customer campaign and the underlying conditions can be terminated or changed at any time. CapTrader reserves the right to refuse the bonus in the event of abuse of the offer.
