CapTrader is not obligated to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board for non-financial services, and
in principle not ready. Nevertheless, we are obliged to refer to the platform for online dispute resolution (OS): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Complaints
Any complaints or grievances can be communicated by letter, by telephone, by fax or by e-mail using the above contact details. It is requested to provide the name, contact details and a description of the concern. The customer will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt of the complaint by letter, fax or e-mail. If the matter cannot be resolved in the customer's interest within two weeks of receipt, the customer will receive an interim response by letter, fax or e-mail. Within four weeks of receipt, the customer will receive a final decision by letter, fax or e-mail. If this is not possible, the reasons for this and the estimate of when the clarification is expected to be completed will be communicated.
