Another potentially undervalued stock is Rolls-Royce. The brand is certainly first known to most people as a luxury car brand. However, the car manufacturer has not been part of the Rolls-Royce Group for more than 20 years. The company is primarily involved in the manufacture of engines and components for civil and military aviation and is also active in the marine and power engineering sectors. An investment in Rolls-Royce shares is therefore also to some extent a bet on a normalization of air traffic and on a recovery of the airlines. Rolls Royce has used the last two years of crisis to cut costs and strengthen its balance sheet.
