Die erhoffte Diplomatie im Iran-Krieg ist vorerst ausgeblieben. Kommende Woche könnte es jedoch erneut zu Gesprächen zwischen die Konfliktparteien kommen.

Der Ölpreis steht weiterhin im Zentrum der Anleger. Die Hoffnung auf eine diplomatische Lösung im Iran-Konflikt hat erneut einen Dämpfer erhalten. So hatte US-Präsident Donald Trump am Samstag einen Vorschlag der iranischen Seite zur Wiedereröffnung der Straße von Hormus abgelehnt. Gleichzeitig erwartet der US-Präsident allerdings weitere Verhandlungen mit dem Iran. „Sie wollen ein Abkommen schließen, aber es ist nicht das Abkommen, das ich schließen möchte“, zitiert das Nachrichtenportal „Axios“ den US-Präsidenten. Neue Gespräche erwarte Trump laut „Axios“ in der kommenden Woche.

Wichtige Preisdaten und Arbeitsmarktdaten für die USA im Blickpunkt

Von Interesse dürften am Mittwoch insbesondere die US-Preisdaten (Preisindex für die persönlichen Konsumausgaben) sein, welche nicht zuletzt als bevorzugtes Inflationsmaß für die US-Notenbank Federal Reserve (Fed) fungieren. In diesem Zusammenhang dürften auf Anleger somit auch geldpolitische Impulse warten.
Aktuell rechnen laut „Fed-Watch-Tool“ der CME Group 68,1 Prozent der Marktteilnehmer mit einer weiteren Zinserhöhung auf der Sitzung am 28. Oktober und 31,9 Prozent mit einer Zinspause. Das Zinsband selbst liegt derzeit bei 3,75 bis 4,00 Prozent.

Im weiteren Wochenverlauf dürften Marktteilnehmer insbesondere auf die Veröffentlichung neuer US-Arbeitsmarktdaten (Non-Farm Payrolls) am kommenden Freitag blicken (14:30 Uhr), welcher als letzter Bericht vor der nächsten US-Notenbanksitzung fungiert. Ökonomen erwarten ein Stellenplus außerhalb der US-Landwirtschaft in Summe von 84.000 Einheiten, nachdem im August noch 162.000 neue Jobs geschaffen werden konnten. Die separat ermittelte Arbeitslosenquote dürfte schätzungsweise bei 4,1 Prozent und damit unverändert im Vergleich zum Vormonat notieren.
Ein starker US-Jobbericht könnte der US-Notenbank tendenziell schlagkräftige Argumente an die Hand geben, um weiter an den Zinsschrauben nach oben zu drehen.
