CapTrader GmbH (Elberfelder Straße 2, 40213 Düsseldorf), hereinafter referred to as "CapTrader", offers new customers who fill out the application form on the website https://www.captrader.com/depot-fuer-optionen and successfully open a securities account via CapTrader and then actively trade US options on this account, a credit of the order fees for their 10 US options trades in the form of a cashback of a maximum of €300.
A new customer is a person who has not been a customer of CapTrader in the last 6 months before opening a securities account and who makes a first deposit or a first securities account transfer to a broker account/securities account supported by CapTrader.

TRANSACTION AND DUE DATE
The new customer must execute at least one trade in US options on the securities account opened via CapTrader. After opening, depositing and making the first 10 US options trades, the new customer receives a credit in the amount of the order fees incurred up to a maximum of €300 on the securities account in the following month.
The 10 trades in US options must be completed by 31.12.2024. If no 10 trades have been made by this date, all US options trades made by then will be settled (i.e. no cashback per trade if less than 10 trades have been made by 31.12.2024). If the new customer has opened more than one securities account, the credit will not be applied per securities account but per person.
COMBINATION WITH OTHER ADVERTISING ACTIONS
The bonuses cannot be combined with other CapTrader special or partner promotions (this includes, for example, the provision of free additional tools requested by the customer).
