captrader country shares austria 1

The Vienna Stock Exchange is one of the oldest stock exchanges in the world and was founded by Maria Theresa as early as 1771. Among the Austrian shares traded there are hardly any world-famous corporations and the market capitalization of the 20 largest companies listed in the leading index ATX (Austrian Traded Index) was only 130 billion euros last year. For private investors, however, smaller local markets can be very interesting, not least for reasons of diversification. For this reason, we present a selection of Austrian stocks in our stock country article series today.

By the way: Shares from Austria are available at CapTrader directly on the Vienna Stock Exchange from 4.00 EUR Order fee tradable.
