The rules are as follows:

• The exact result is typed.
• The result is predicted „after a penalty shootout.“.
• The betting time (opportunity to enter your tip) ends 0 minutes before the scheduled start of the respective event. This means match tips must be entered by kick-off of the corresponding game, and bonus tips must be entered by kick-off of the opening match on June 11, 2026.
• If the tip on a team's victory is correct, you receive 4 points for the correct result, 3 points for the correct goal difference, and 2 points otherwise.
• If the tip for a draw is correct, you receive 4 points for the correct outcome and 2 points otherwise.
• For correct bonus tips like group winner and semi-final participant, the tipper receives 4 points. For correctly tipping the team with the top scorer, they receive 6 points, and for correctly predicting the World Champion, they receive 10 points.
• In case of a tie in the total score, the number of matchday victories („wins“) will determine the ranking of the tipsters.
• Each participant is only allowed to participate in the CapTrader World Cup tipping game with one Kicktipp account.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

World Cup Office Pool with 5 Prizes (See Prizes for Details) Section 4) for registered CapTrader Plus area members. The following conditions apply to participation in the CapTrader GmbH World Cup prediction game and its execution. By participating, participants declare their agreement with these terms and conditions.

 

§1 The organizer of the World Cup tipping competition is CapTrader GmbH (hereinafter referred to as „CapTrader“).

CapTrader GMBH, Elberfelder Straße 2, D-40213 Düsseldorf, hereinafter referred to as “CapTrader,” is holding a prediction contest with 5 prizes as part of the 2026 Football World Cup.

(1) The sweepstakes is not affiliated with Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook. The recipient of the data and information provided by the participant is not Facebook, but CapTrader.
(2) The Sweepstakes is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the data and information provided by the participant is not Instagram, but CapTrader.

(4) Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions of participation listed here. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation.
(5) CapTrader reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time.

§2 Eligibility

(1) Participation is open to individuals residing in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation.

(2) Employees of CapTrader, as well as their agencies, service providers and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of this sweepstake, as well as family members of all persons listed above, are excluded from participation.

Only individuals who maintain a capitalized account as an existing CapTrader customer and are registered in the exclusive CapTrader Plus customer area are eligible to participate.

§3 Participation

(1) The betting game will be held at the URL https://www.kicktipp.de/captrader-wm-26-tippspiel/ carried out.

(2) Kicktipp will act as a data processing contractor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR for CapTrader within the scope of this competition.

(3) The prerequisite for participating in the betting game is successful registration at https://www.kicktipp.de/captrader-wm-26-tippspiel/  according to §2  as a member with a member account. To participate in the prediction game, the participant must be logged in to his member account to place his prediction and submit it. The participant knows that he has successfully submitted his prediction when, after submitting the prediction by clicking the „Save“ button, a message appears confirming the user's successful entry.

(4) Each participant is entitled to participate with a single Kicktipp account. The claim to a prize shall lapse if the participant has participated with more than one Kicktipp account.

(5) Winners will be notified via the email address provided during registration after the World Cup ends and will be required to provide their postal address if necessary for prize shipment.

(6) The The closing date for participation is July 19, 2026, 8:59 PM (CEST).

(7) Participation is not dependent on the specific use of a service from CapTrader. The use of a service does not increase the chances of winning.

§4 Profits

The 5 best participants in the prediction game will receive the following prizes:

1. Apple iPad Air
2. A ticket for the German Options Days 2027
3. Reimbursement of €200 order fees by year-end
4. CapTrader package
5. Book package

The profit transfer is handled by CapTrader. Shipping processing is handled by CapTrader or a third party commissioned by CapTrader.
(2) Non-cash prizes are not paid out in cash and are excluded from exchange. Winnings cannot be transferred to third parties.

§5 Prize Award

After the participation period ends, prizes will be awarded to eligible participants who have accumulated the most points in the overall ranking of the prediction game. If multiple players achieve the same maximum score, the number of matchday wins („Wins“) will determine the ranking of the tipsters. Date of eligibility determination Monday, July 20, 2026 held.
(2) The winners will be notified by email. If a winner does not respond within 3 days of being notified to accept their prize, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be chosen.

§6 Data protection

(1) Insofar as personal data of participants is collected, processed and used within the scope of the sweepstakes, it will be collected, processed and used by CapTrader exclusively for the purpose of conducting the sweepstakes and deleted after the end of the sweepstakes.

§7 Other

(1) The participant releases Facebook/Instagram from any liability.
(2) Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. Should any of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
(3) These Terms and Conditions of Participation may be amended by CapTrader at any time without separate notification.
