The institutions Moscow Exchange (MOEX), National Clearing Center (NCC) and National Settlement Depository of Russia (NSD) are closed as of June 12, 2024 (see https://ofac.treasury.gov/recent-actions/20240612) has been placed on the sanctions list.
Interactive Brokers will no longer carry out transfers in connection with the aforementioned depository or exchange from 12.08.2024 according to the notification dated 22.07.2024.
Update: The processing period has currently been extended by 2 months, so that Interactive Brokers can now from 12.10.2024 will no longer make any transfers in connection with the aforementioned depository or stock exchange.
